- Dropshipping Solutions – Shopify and eBay dropshipping, as well as complete end-to-end dropshipping services covering product sourcing, supplier partnerships, and fulfillment.
- Online Store Setup & Design – Professional setup and design for Shopify, eBay, Etsy, Amazon storefronts, and Walmart storefronts.
- SEO Services – Search engine optimization for Shopify, WooCommerce, eBay, Etsy, YouTube.
- Digital Marketing & Advertising – Social media marketing and targeted ad campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Google, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Virtual Assistant Services – Dedicated e-commerce virtual assistants and personal virtual assistants to support business operations.
- Product & Supplier Research – Product hunting, sourcing agents, and bulk purchasing solutions across Korea, China, Vietnam, and Bangladesh.
- Warehousing & Fulfilment – Secure warehousing and fulfillment solutions in the USA, Korea, China, plus Fulfilment and international shipping services.
- Enterprise Partnerships – Collaboration with suppliers, manufacturers, and professional dropshippers for scalable business growth.
Each project is defined by a personalized proposal agreed upon before payment. Work begins only after payment confirmation.
3. Payment & Service Delivery
- All payments are processed externally via global secure platforms such as Payoneer, Revolut, Western Union, Bank Transfer etc.
- We do not collect or store client bank or card details on our website.
- Service delivery timelines depend on project size and client requirements, as outlined in the proposal.
- Clients must confirm acceptance of the proposal before payment.
4. Refunds & Cancellations
Refunds and cancellations are subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy, available on this website.
5. Client Responsibilities
- Clients must provide accurate information and cooperate during the project.
- Clients agree to update or change their store login credentials before sharing them with us if those credentials have previously been shared with others.
- Clients also agree to change their credentials again after the project is completed.
6. Copyright & Intellectual Property
- All content published on this website—including text, images, videos, and branding—is the property of EcomGoFly, unless otherwise stated.
- Unauthorized copying, redistribution, or commercial use of our website content is prohibited.
- Client deliverables become the property of the client once full payment is received. Clients may use, resell, or distribute their deliverables freely.
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
8. Confidentiality
All client data, including store login credentials, is handled with strict confidentiality.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Bangladesh and applicable international regulations.
10. Updates
EcomGoFly reserves the right to modify, update, or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on this page, accompanied by the updated effective date.
