Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing EcomGoFly. We are committed to providing high-quality digital services tailored to meet your business needs. Before engaging in any of our services, please carefully review the following Refund and Cancellation Policy.

1. Digital Services and Deliverables

Once a service agreement is signed and work has commenced, all services are delivered digitally. Due to the nature of digital services, all sales are considered final once work has begun. Please ensure that you fully understand the scope of the service before confirming the project.

2. Refunds

We do not offer refunds for digital services once they have been fully delivered. However, if you are dissatisfied with the initial phase of the service or any deliverable, you may contact us within 5 days of receiving the deliverable for up to 3 revisions of the service to address your concerns and make you satisfied.

If, after revisions, you are still unsatisfied and wish to request a refund for the purchased digital service, you must agree to remove all services purchased from EcomGoFly’s website before we proceed with the refund process.

We will only process a refund if the service has not been used in the future. If the service is unused and the refund request is made within 5 days from the date of delivery, we will proceed with the refund after confirming that the services have not been activated or implemented, and you have confirmed the removal of all purchased services.

If the service has been used or the work has been started, we will thoroughly review your concerns and, where applicable, collaborate with you to revise the deliverable to meet your expectations.

3. Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  1. Request within 5 Days: Refund requests must be submitted within 5 days from the date of receiving the deliverable. Any refund requests after this period will not be considered.

  2. Unused Services: Refunds will only be processed if the service has not been activated, implemented, or used. The services must be unused at the time of the refund request.

  3. Agreement to Remove Services: If a refund is requested after the initial revisions, the client must agree to remove all services purchased from EcomGoFly’s website before the refund can be processed.

  4. Revisions: We offer up to 3 revisions of the service to address your concerns. If you are still unsatisfied after these revisions, you may proceed with the refund request under the conditions outlined above.

4. Refund Process

Once a refund request is submitted, our team will carefully review your request. You will be notified via email regarding the status of your refund—whether it has been approved or rejected.

If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed and issued via Payoneer or bank transfer. Please note that the refund amount will be the same as the original amount paid, but the final amount you receive may vary slightly due to exchange rate fluctuations during the refund process.

Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on the processing times of your bank or payment provider.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund yet, please follow these steps:

  1. Recheck your bank account to ensure the refund hasn’t been processed.

  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.

  3. Contact your bank, as processing times may vary depending on their policies.

6. Store Suspension, Restriction, or Blocking by E-commerce Platforms

In the event that your online store is suspended, restricted, or blocked by any ecommerce platform (such as eBay, Etsy, Amazon, Walmart, etc.), we do not offer any refund for the services rendered. This applies while we are working on your project or if the project has just begun. These actions are typically a result of violations of the platform’s terms of service or policies, which are beyond our control.

Although we will provide guidance and support to help address the issue with the ecommerce platform, it is your responsibility to ensure compliance with the platform’s rules and policies. Since our services are completed prior to any suspension, restriction, or blockage, no refund will be issued in these cases.

7. Cancellations

You may cancel your service at any time before work has commenced. If cancellation occurs before work begins, a full refund will be processed. If cancellation takes place after the project has started, no refund will be issued; however, we will provide you with the deliverables completed up until that point, and the project will be canceled.

8. Revisions and Disputes

If the final work does not align with your original specifications or expectations, we are committed to offering revisions. Please submit your revision requests within 5 business days of receiving the initial deliverable. We will make reasonable efforts to address your concerns and deliver the work according to the agreed-upon standards.

9. Communication

Effective communication is essential for achieving the desired outcome. We encourage timely and clear feedback throughout the project to prevent misunderstandings and ensure smooth progress. Please provide any necessary information or clarification promptly.

10. Exceptional Circumstances

In rare instances where a service cannot be completed due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., force majeure), we will assess the situation and may, at our discretion, offer a partial or full refund depending on the specific circumstances.

Non-Returnable Services

EcomGoFly provides professional digital services such as ecommerce management, digital marketing, dropshipping solutions, and other ecommerce business-related services. Since these services involve time, expertise, and customized work delivered digitally, they are non-returnable and cannot be exchanged once the work has been started or delivered.

Please note that our services are not physical products. Therefore, returning any service, digital file, or related material to a physical address or manufacturer does not apply to our operations.

Changes to This Policy

EcomGoFly reserves the right to modify, update, or revise this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on this page along with the updated effective date. By continuing to use our services after such changes are made, you agree to be bound by the updated Refund Policy.
